ORDERING OF ITEMS

How to go about ordering the items:

1) Fill up the order form

If you are doing postage:

2) Send in the order form, wait for our reply

3) When we have received the order form, we will reply back with an invoice

4) Then you transfer the money to our account in 48 hours, of else we will blacklist you
(If you need extra time to transfer the money, SMS/ email us to let us know)

5) We will send the items out once we have received the money (Give us at least 3 days to sort out the items and sent it out)

If you are doing meetups:

2) Send in the order form, wait for our reply

3) When we have received the order form, we will let you know the timings available

4) We will SMS you the timings and dates available. So you will have to reply and confirm the timings and dates in 48 hours, or else we will blacklist you

5) Bring the exact amount of money during meetups (NO CHANGE WOULD BE GIVEN)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received a wrong item(s), please email us with the picture of the wrong item and the item that you actually ordered.

We do not do exchanging of items if the item is defected. However, we will check the items before posting it out. We will definitely NOT send you defected items.
